Club Rules & Guidelines

  • Firstly having registered and being accepted as a Club member you must post a quick introduction in the New Members Introduction thread on the Club Forum. This can be as brief or detailed as you like but please include in there what you would like to be called by other members.

  • We are building an active and above all friendly Club and as such we expect you to be active both in the tournaments and the facilities provided, i.e. the Club Forum and the Club Chat Box, a great way to promote a sense of Community and to catch up on the gossip and arrange matches with fellow members. We appreciate the Chat Box may not be for everyone but you must at least check the forum and keep up to date with what’s going on in the Club and be active in the varied Tournaments. Please note that both the forum and the Chat Box are private for members use and viewing only.

  • On becoming a member please send all other Club members an invite to be a friend. This makes communication much easier, allows the flow of PMs, and is most important when arranging matches with other members.

  • We are more than open to new ideas to improve the Club in any way to enhance the members golfing experience. There is a place on the forum to post your ideas or you can PM any of the co-founders if you prefer.

  • There is to be no swearing or inflammatory language or mistreating of anyone in any way. This kind of behaviour will be dealt with swiftly and will not be tolerated. Please keep in mind some people may have family members looking at the screen and what is written.

  • Be mature and show respect to your fellow players. This applies to both Club members and the wider WGT community.  Please keep in mind that you are now a representative of this Club and we expect the high standards set to be maintained.

  • Poor sportsmanship/multi accounting/sandbagging will not be tolerated in any way.

  • Although Club members may create their own tournaments, you must not do so until this has been cleared with  the tournament co-coordinator, as space for tournaments is limited.

  • The co-owners reserve the right to remove members from the Club as they see fit in order to ensure the Club remains competitive, active, but above all else friendly environment we are trying to create for all members to enjoy.

  • Thank you to all members and any perspective members for taking the time to read the above, anyone applying for membership it is taken as you have read and agree to adhere to the above rules.

And above all else, have fun, play well and enjoy the club
